As part of the ongoing works to connect buildings to the Leeds PIPES heat network, our team will be extending the heat network by installing district heating pipework in the ground from The Headrow footway, across the bus lanes and footpath into the city centre.
These works will take place from 7.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Sunday, with work starting on Saturday 15th February 2025 and completing Monday 3rd March 2025. A number of traffic and footpath diversions have been put in place and can be found in the following pages, relating to the three phases of work that will be completed within the 17 day period.
We will strive to keep any disruption and noise to a minimum as we connect more of Leeds City Centre to reliable, affordable, low carbon, heat and hot water.
