Argyle Road Closure
As part of a programme of essential maintenance for the Leeds PIPES heat network, a section of Argyle Road will be closed starting on Monday 27th October.
During this period of works, a diversion via Mabgate and Macaulay Street will be in place.
These works will take place from 7.30am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work.
This work will involve road excavations from Monday 27th October, and will last for a duration of 4 weeks.
We will strive to keep any disruption and noise to a minimum as we support the continued growth of the network and its ability to connect more of Leeds City Centre to reliable, affordable, low carbon heat and hot water.

Mabgate Diversion: To get to Cromwell Street, you will need to:
From Mabgate traveling north,
Turn right onto Lincoln Green Road,
Turn right onto to Macaulay Street,
Re-joining at the junction with Cromwell Street.
Macaulay St Diversion: To get to Mabgate you will need to:
Turn Left onto Cromwell Steet,
Following the road to the junction of Lincoln Green Road where turning left,
Travelling on Lincoln Green Road continue Skinner Lane,
Turning left onto Regent Street,
Turn Left on to Hope Road before rejoining at the junction with Mabgate.
